I remember in my earlier years growing up my great grandmother would have my older cousins and I in the kitchen helping her make goodies to sell. When I got a little bit older, at the tender age of 7, I would often climb upon my auntie’s kitchen counter next to the stove and cook my own little meals. It was mostly breakfast meals but that’s where my first practices begun. In my teens I begun to fall in love with the different aromatics and flavours of many different seasonings,; vegetables, spices & herbs. I am not in my 20s and would like to take you along my journey as I progress and learn more about cooking and experiencing different cultural foods.
