In the Caribbean it is normal to feast like the God’s on a Sunday. back in the olden days mothers would be up by 5:30AM. they would begin to cook and prepare lunch before waking the rest of the household up to go to church. if they weren’t woken up by the scent of the favourable lunch being cooked.
